  1. My DIY Kindle Wall Display A kindle hanging on the wall from a macramé holder. The kindle is displaying a dashboard display. The display has two rows. The first row has the current weather on the left (34 degrees farenheight and Seattle-y), a pixel art drawing of the word Home and a smiley face in the middle, the date (Jan 17) below it, and the current moon phase to the right. The second row has a Calendar widget, with a list of calendar entries, including reminders to call a friend and to go to choir. On the right side is a greyscale image of a grasshopper climbing a wall that takes up the rest of the space on the display.

A primer on making your own kindle projects!

Experiments in writing and reading <500 byte images on NFC tags.

  4. NFC Sculptures A sculpey disc, with a sun etched into it. Inside the sun is the word Ragman.

Digital whimsy in the physical world.

  5. Note #6 An old church building with the light of the moon being reflected from windows at the top tower of the building.

Tonight’s full moon reflected off the windows of the Renewal Presbyterian Church in West Philly.
